Robin D’Souza蘇諾賢大律師

Robin was called to the Bar in 2006.  He practices in civil and commercial litigation with experience in areas of company and shareholder disputes, insolvency, contracts, property, trust, probate, civil fraud, and asset recovery.  He regularly acts for and against multinationals, listed companies, investor funds, and high net worth individuals.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Robin also accepts instructions to act as arbitration counsel.

On the international field, Robin has done extensive work in Fiji.  Among other things, he drafted a report on Fiji’s compliance with the United Nations Convention Against Corruption and presented the report to an assessment delegation from the United Nations on behalf of the Fijian government.

In terms of public service, Robin has been appointed as Chairman of the Appeal Tribunal (Buildings Ordinance), is a member of the Disciplinary Panel of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a member of the Panel of the Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance).
