Philip Dykes SC戴啟思資深大律師

Philip Dykes S.C. was called to the Bar in 1977 in England. After practising there for several years he joined the Attorney General’s Chambers and worked there until the end of 1991. He then joined Chambers and developed a practice in administrative and constitutional law. He was appointed a Queen’s Counsel in 1997 and became a Senior Counsel shortly afterwards. He continues to work in the field of public law.
