Louise Chan陳露怡大律師

Louise received schooling at Diocesan Girls’ School and was awarded an academic scholarship to complete her secondary schooling in England.  She studied law at King’s College London receiving her LL.B, after which she obtained her LL.M at LSE.  Louise returned to Hong Kong in 2004 to complete her PCLL and was admitted to the Bar in 2006.

Louise has developed a broad civil and commercial practice with a particular interest in personal injury work.  She has experience of conducting trials and various interlocutory proceedings in the Court of First Instance.  Louise is also instructed on a regular basis to defend at the magistracy level and prosecutes on behalf of the Secretary of Justice in that jurisdiction.
