Carol Lee李靄明大律師

Carol attended the University of Cambridge for Master of Law (LLM in Commercial Law) after reading her Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) on yearly scholarship from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Carol was the student coach in the Jessup International Moot Competition 2010 whereas the team was awarded the World Champion in the related Hardy C. Dillard Best Memorial Competition. Carol was called to the Bar in 2011 and she joined Chambers in 2013.

Carol also carried a bachelor degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with majors in information systems and management of organizations.  Prior to joining the Bar, Carol worked as a specialist, analyst and controller in the supply chain sector for various worldwide leading commercial firms and has a solid foundation in supervising commercial operations.

Carol’s practice is principally civil and commercial in nature with a focus on land and property law, equity and trust, probate and administration, company law, insolvency and bankruptcy, and sale of goods. She also handles cases regarding public law including judicial reviews, and has a devoted interest in developing practice in competition law.
